|
|
| Hey, we were planning on selling a few of our weeks that we have with Premier, but have not had the best luck selling them through the resort group. We heard that many people use brokers to sell theirs, and we were wondering if anyone here uses them, and who do you use? |

Well, like you, I'm surprised that nobody has info to help you out! Have you gone back through some of the previous threads? I know this was a HOT topic for a while but traffic on the forum has slowed on the RCI program.
Mike, Wayne anyone else out there that can offer a word or two?
We almost made the leap last year but decided not too at the last minute when we heard Cabo was changing over to a Temptations. Anyway, good luck!

The first piece of advice - don't go thru a broker especially if they want to charge you a "up front" fee ( ie this is just a rip off scam)
With existing Desire promo pricing available to anyone and what Desire charges(current daily AI fees) for using the weeks, you would virtually have to give the weeks away for free - makes no sense to try to sell them - try using the weeks/points for some other resorts, this is what most other Premier members have ended up doing |

|
|
Hi Everyone,
although i have to adults only resorts in Jamaica and Mexico (Sandals & Valentin Imperial) I've never been to a clothing optional.
I have been researching if there is a way to rent a timeshare for a period of three nights for the week of March 15th 2010 and how much would it cost.
can anyone help this newbie?
Thanks in advance. |

The Premier program is NOT a timeshare !
Further, to the best of my knowledge, those in the Premier program can only sell their available weeks (seven days) as a complete week block.
In addition to what ever you pay for a Premier members week time you will also have to pay the current resort daily AI fee - the combination of these two usually adds up to (at minimum) about the same as Desires standard nightly rack rate.
With the various promotions being offered currently by Desire it is usually cheaper to just book direct or thru a TA for what you want. |
